We’re Shape IT, a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the MS Dynamics and Salesforce market. Our small team is known in both these industries for providing an exceptional service and we’re looking at finding someone with experience of the IT recruitment industry who will share our passion. Each of our consultants has the freedom to work in a way that is best for them, because no one size fits all and we’re all about individuals both inside and outside the business. You won’t be finding a “Big Brother” environment here or a CV farm and for that reason we’re looking for someone who has the knowledge, desire and drive to help us push the business forward without having an MD breathing down their neck.
We’re not here to work you harder, but help you work smarter so “work-life” balance is no longer the dream just your candidates can take advantage of. You’re currently running a busy desk successfully, so we aren’t going to insult you by giving you a list of daily responsibilities in this advert, because if you’ve been in recruitment for a while then we’re pretty sure you know what to do. What we’re going to do is tell you that we want you to be part of our story where we focus on your goals and help you achieve them. We’ll help you and give you the freedom to be the type of recruiter you want to be by showing you how to engage in peer-to-peer relationships with clients and candidates alike.
You will no longer work on poor quality jobs, swimming against the current while playing a digital game of snap with your competitors. We’ll show you how to get commitment from candidates and clients alike, how to really provide value to their recruitment campaigns and how to do all this professionally, but with a human touch. Like we said smarter, not harder.
