System Architect

We are looking to speak with System Architects for a brand new London-based role. You’d be joining a thriving retailer who is looking for someone to come join their IT department and be integral to the definition of their Technology and Architecture strategy. The company is on an ambitious mission to skyrocket their growth across all channels and this role is pivotal to their success.

Your skills/experience:

·       Working with tech teams to refine and develop the technological roadmap and high-level design

·       Determining the integrations, interoperability, and dependencies, with other solutions, both public and private SaaS

·       Working with the project team to understand requirements/identify constraints that may impact the solution

·       Working with other in the tech team to make sure designs are operational and compliant with standards and policies

·       Working with the technical team and stakeholders to architect, develop and document technical patterns for common problems

·       Reviewing/approving Detailed Level Design solutions

Your background/skills:

·       Azure/AWS/GCP

·       Data Warehousing

·       IaaS, PaaS, SaaS

·       Experience architecting end-to-end business solutions in Microsoft Azure cloud environments

·       Experience of Agile collaboration tools like Confluence, JIRA, etc

·       Retail industry experience

·       Troubleshooting/diagnosis

·       Integration constraints and solutions

·       Networking LAN/WAN

·       Experience in system architecture

·       Security best practices
