Senior Salesforce Consultant

I’m looking to speak with Salesforce Consultants with a focus on Core Cloud for one of my thriving clients. This is a remote role, however you’ll have to be based in Germany.

You’ll be acting as a translator of customer requirements and be the contact person for all topics relating to Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. You’ll be advising customers of all sizes and industries, so if you’re looking for a varied role where you’ll be immersed in exciting projects, then this is the role for you.

Your day-to-day

·       Translating business requirements into solution designs for technical mapping

·       Analysing customer requirements

·       Configuring Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud

·       Planning/implementing workshops and customer training

Your skills & experience:

·       Extensive experience with Salesforce products

·       Experience in areas of customer experience and CRM

·       Analytical skills

·       Project/team management experience

·       Fluent in both German and English

·       Fantastic presentation skills
