Senior D365 F&O Business Consultant

I’m looking to speak with Senior D365 F&O Business Consultant for a brand new role with my client who is one of the UK’s leading Microsoft Gold Partners. They are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of typical business processes and industry best practice (whether in finance, supply chain, manufacturing and production) and experience with ERP Software.

For this role you’ll need to have great consultancy and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues as well as senior customers. You’ll be part of a customer facing project team, leading your stream on large and complex projects, while providing business expertise and consultancy services to make sure all implementations are successful and of high-quality.

Your day-to-day:

·       Conducting project scoping activities and comprehensively documenting in line with project requirements

·       Challenging customer requests for modifications and considering workaround/alternatives

·       Assisting with the cost benefit analysis

·       Completing the specification/testing of accepted customisations and the integration of various system components

·       Delivering training courses to meet specific requirements of customers for both standard system and special customisations

·       Providing second level support to other departments if/when required

·       Estimating accurately how much time is needed to complete a task

·       Managing the personal development of more junior consultants within your teams, giving feedback, setting goals for annual appraisals and half year reviews

Your skills & experience:

·       Track record of delivering ERP projects either within an end-user or partner environment

·       In-depth understanding of all elements of delivering an ERP project

·       Business-process based knowledge/experience to support the delivery of the project

·       Experienced in ERP implementation methodology

·       Experience of implementing D365F/SCM

·       Able to speak knowledgeably about the MS stack and how the products integrate with each other
