Salesforce Technical Lead

I’m working with an innovative global business that’s looking to welcome a motivated and highly-skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to their team.

As the successful candidate you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.

You’ll be leading a team of developers and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions within timelines.

Your day-to-day:

·       Leading a team of Salesforce developers/providing technical guidance, mentorship and support

·       Designing/developing customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and other tech

·       Performing code reviews, providing constructive feedback

·       Overseeing the deployment of Salesforce configurations and customisations

·       Providing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues (bugs, performance optimisations, system enhancements)

·       Participating in client meetings

·       Conducting technical presentations

·       And more

Your skills & experience:

·       Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development

·       Experience in a technical leadership role

·       Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customisation options

·       Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other SF development tools and tech

·       Complex Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration patterns

·       Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings understanding

·       Problem solving skills

·       Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect highly desirable)

·       Fantastic communication skills
