Salesforce Technical Lead

We’re working with a well-established business who is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead. The company’s aim is to deliver efficient, value-driven customer solutions for complex business issues. If successful, you’ll be key in the organisation as you’ll be leveraging native application functionality to deliver customer requirements quickly.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Turning the program designs of our Solution and Technical Architects into configured solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Involvement in the entire project lifecycle (everything from low-level design through to deployment and post-production support)
  • Acquiring deep product knowledge of the company’s vertical applications as to be able to mentor customer resources and accelerate knowledge transfer
  • Working mainly in Agile scrums teams- building out complex business processes using the company’s native technology and the toolkit of the Force.com platform

Your skills/experience:

  • Extensive experience working on deployment teams
  • Agile development techniques
  • Extensive experience building solutions in one of the following industries- media, insurance, healthcare, public sector, or telecommunications
  • Track record of successful delivery of customer projects- enterprise CRM implementations
  • Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning)
  • Data modelling
  • Java, SOAP APIs, REST (JSON, XML)
  • Process modelling tools and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer/Platform App Builder
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.
