Salesforce Technical Lead

I am looking to speak with Salesforce Technical Leads for a brand-new position. I’m working with a fantastic organisation that’s on a mission to make a difference and they’re looking for like-minded individuals. This is a hybrid working role where you’ll be splitting your time working from either their Berlin or Munich offices, and from home.

Your day-to-day:

·       Leading a team of experienced Salesforce SME’s who are responsible for supporting the company’s business process challenges

·       Providing guidance to a team designing/building apps on the Salesforce platform

·       Ensuring capacity of resources and guide the overarching Salesforce CRM strategy

·       Finding pragmatic solutions in collaboration with stakeholders

Your skills & experience:

·       Salesforce programming experience (Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce)

·       Hands-on experience building and delivering Salesforce solutions

·       Social and communication skills

·       Track record in a fast-paced tech environment

·       Analytical & problem-solving skills
