Salesforce Technical Consultant

I am working with a fantastic international organisation that’s looking to welcome a Salesforce Technical Consultant to their team. This is a remote role, however you will have to be based in Germany.

For this role you’ll ideally be familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools should be second nature to you. You’ll be part of a team where you’ll be developing digital tools for a range of websites and apps, making sure that customers receive an excellent online experience.

Your day-to-day:

·       Agile end-to-end product development, from initial request all the way to design and release

·       Assisting in creating user stories

·       Enhancing and operating the CRM platform which is based on Salesforce Cloud

·       Coordinating user story testing activities/test automation

·       External services providers and implementation partner management

·       Supporting CRM solution rollout internationally

Your skills & experience:

·       Project experience with Salesforce Cloud

·       Agile project and development methods

·       Stakeholder management

·       Software architecture and interface technology (cloud-based environments)

·       Operation of IT applications (ITIL)

·       Great English language skills
