Salesforce Team Lead

I am working with an incredible organisation that is looking to make a difference and they are looking to welcome a Salesforce Team Lead to their team. The company loves to challenge the status quo, always trying new things.

Your day-to-day:

·       Guiding the team in designing and building apps on the Salesforce platform (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)

·       Find efficient solutions while working with stakeholders

·       Enabling a well-performing team of autonomous and motivated people

·       Leading a team of SME’s

Your skills:

·       Computer/data science experience

·       Strong knowledge of databases and programming

·       Hand-on experience building/delivering Salesforce solutions

·       Visualforce and Apex (desirable)

·       Analytics & problem-solving skills

·       Social & communication skills

·       Speak both English and German
