Your day-to-day:

·         Identifying/understanding business goals and running effective requirement gathering sessions

·         Producing high-quality solution documentation

·         Designing high-quality/scalable solutions

·         Providing consultancy to customers around Salesforce and Marketing best practices

·         Managing key stakeholders through the project

Your skills/experience:

·         Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget implementation experience

·         Able to build complex functionality in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

·         Requirements gathering and translating them into technical solutions

·         Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience

·         AMPscript experience

·         Experience working with APIs (SOAP and REST based)

·         Able to troubleshoot/problem solve independently

·         Understanding of Network Protocols/services (HTTP, HTTPS, DNS)

·         Able to host customer facing workshops

·         Able to write technical documentation
