· Keeping customers happy, informed, and well-served
· Helping with Dynamics NAV & Dynamics 365 BC training
· Setting up and showing off solutions in mini demos
· Introducing new products and tools
· Assisting in improving processes and any challenges that customers may face
· Co-ordinating change requests internally with Projects Team
· Updating the CRM system
· Time and diary management
Your skills & experience:
· Good knowledge of D365 Business Central/NAV
· Customer service skills
· Good sense of humour
· Initiative and proactive approach
· Hard-working, flexible and objective
· Able to work within a team and independently
