Product Owner- Verify

I am working with an incredible organisation that specialises in creating market-leading technology that helps their customers improve digital access and they are looking to welcome a Product Owner to their team.

You’ll be working with a fantastic team delivering services and products on an established product that has recently received significant investment. It’s a true SaaS product delivered on a cutting edge Cloud platform.

As the Product Owner you’ll be play a pivotal part within the Product Team. You’ll be dealing with all aspects of the product and leading delivery teams on a capability change at scale project.

Your day-to-day:

·       Defining User Stories and prioritising the Backlog

·       Driving quality control

·       Providing guidance to the team by ensuring User Stories are well defined

·       Ensuring acceptance criteria is clear, achievable, and definitive

·       Using your skills & knowledge to solve challenging problems for customers and partners

Your skills & experience:

·       Experience as a product owner, BA, or similar role

·       Experience working with cross-functional teams in a software/tech company

·       Experience in B2C, B2B, or SaaS environments

·       Strong knowledge of customer journey flows, conversion rate optimisation, funnels, as well as drivers of automation

·       Agile/Scrum

·       Able to manage customer expectations

·       Identity Verification or Addressing Domains (Desirable)

·       Agile Product Owner Certification (Desirable)
