PMO Lead

I’m looking to speak with PMO Leads for a brand new role with one of my thriving Microsoft Partner clients. You’d be joining a well-established business where you’ll be playing a pivotal role in their success.

Your day-to-day:

·       Leading and managing the project management office (PMO) functions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

·       Developing and implementing project management methodologies, tools, and best practices for D365 F&O projects.

·       Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

·       Providing guidance and support to project managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources, skills, and knowledge to successfully execute projects.

·       Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

·       Conducting regular project status meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

·       Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project management processes.

·       Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in D365 F&O, incorporating relevant changes into project management practices.

Your skills & expertise:

·       Proven experience as a PMO Lead, Project Manager, or similar role, with a focus on D365 F&O projects.

·       Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.

·       In-depth understanding of D365 F&O and its modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.

·       Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

·       Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
