Partner Success Manager

We’re partnering with a leading Microsoft-focused organisation to recruit an experienced Partner Success Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of Microsoft partners, helping them accelerate growth through Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Cloud technologies and AI.

 

This is a consultative, commercially focused role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to partner organisations, supporting their business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and helping them maximise the value of Microsoft technologies and services.

 

The Role

As Partner Success Manager, you’ll develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of Microsoft partners, supporting them in building successful, profitable and future-ready businesses.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help partners identify opportunities, overcome challenges, develop strategic growth plans and increase adoption of services across the Microsoft ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Microsoft partners, tailoring engagement to their business maturity and growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with measurable business outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
  • Advise partners on business growth, operational improvements and market opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities across Microsoft licensing, cloud solutions, managed services, professional services and partner programmes.
  • Support partners in developing AI strategies, including Microsoft Copilot adoption and AI-enabled business transformation.
  • Help partners identify new revenue opportunities through Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies.
  • Forecast pipeline activity and drive adoption of value-added services and solutions.
  • Deliver workshops, business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive the right technical and commercial support.
  • Represent partner needs internally while ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the relationship.

 

About You

 

You’ll be commercially minded, relationship-driven and passionate about helping businesses succeed.

 

You’ll also have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Partner Management, Account Management, Business Development, Consulting or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong commercial knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Business Applications including Dynamics 365, Business Central, CRM, ERP or Power Platform.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft licensing and cloud technologies.
  • Experience creating and delivering strategic account plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Strong presentation, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience analysing business performance and translating insights into practical growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies, including Copilot, and an understanding of AI adoption within organisations.
  • A proactive, consultative approach with excellent commercial awareness.
