Partner Care Consultant

I’m looking to speak with Partner Care Consultants for one of the fastest growing networks of Dynamics Partners in the world. If you’d like a role where you’ll be a key member providing dedicated support to partners then this is the role for you.

You’ll be offering your knowledge and expertise to both small and large partners while being part of a team that is dedicated to the US and Canadian community.

Your day-to-day:

·       Contributing to the team in getting the job done

·       Providing support to partners relating to MS Dynamics inquiries

·       Taking ownership/managing own support queries

·       Managing content

·       Being responsible for escalating queries where needed

·       Providing support when ordering licenses/placing orders on the company’s platform

Your skills & experience:

·       SaaS business software knowledge

·       Microsoft Cloud solutions experience

·       Strong communication skills

·       Analytical skills/problem-solving attitude

·       Developing/managing a high performing sales and marketing team
