Marketing Manager
Shape IT Recruitment is partnering with a growing Microsoft technology consultancy to find a hands-on Marketing Manager who can drive lead generation, campaign delivery and brand growth.
This is an opportunity for a marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’ll take ownership of campaigns from concept through to delivery, creating content, generating leads, supporting sales teams and measuring results.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Generating high-quality leads and supporting pipeline growth
- Creating content including LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, case studies and sales collateral
- Managing website content, landing pages and digital marketing activity
- Running webinars, events and partner marketing initiatives
- Supporting sales teams with messaging, campaign briefs and sales enablement materials
- Tracking campaign performance, lead quality and ROI
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B marketing, campaign management or lead generation experience
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn, webinars and events
- Ability to work closely with sales teams and understand the sales process
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, SaaS or technology services
- Microsoft Partner ecosystem marketing
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- HubSpot, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Mailchimp, WordPress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar platforms
