Lead Finance Consultant

Are you a Lead Finance Consultant looking for your next role? Would you like to work for a forward-thinking organisation, providing customer-facing consultancy activities that are focused on implemented the company’s bespoke solution?

We’re looking to speak with someone who has a proven track-record of working in the Construction Sector with strong knowledge of the sector’s business processes and challenges.

Your day-to-day:

·       Customer Facing Requirements analysis (particularly around Financial Management & Reporting)

·       Data Migration Training & Support

·       Customer Facing Workshops (Process Training & Product Configuration)

·       Customer UAT & Go-Live Support

·       Complementing the Project Manager’s activities in delivering a holistic view of what’s needed to achieve project success

·       Building strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor, but being afraid to influence a best fit solution with a standard implementation where possible

·       Change Request Functional Design, System Testing, Customer Rollout, Development Support

·       Mentoring and knowledge sharing with junior consultants if/when required

Your skills & experience:

·       Experience working in the Construction Sector with extensive knowledge regarding the challenges the industry faces and its business processes

·       Team player with a can-do attitude

·       Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written

·       Able to engage customers at all levels (from stakeholders/decision makers to end users)

·       Great commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of the balance between profitable customer engagement and the need to deliver customer value
