Junior D365 CE Functional Consultant
I am looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior D365 CE Functional Consultant to join one of my well-established clients in a fully remote capacity.
Job Description:
Are you passionate about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and looking to jumpstart your career in a dynamic, remote role? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you! As a Junior D365 CE Functional Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand business requirements, provide functional solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of D365 CE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Participate in the design and configuration of D365 CE solutions to meet client needs.
- Support the implementation and deployment of D365 CE projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 CE features and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and its modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with D365 CE (internships, coursework, or projects) is a plus.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE is an advantage but not required.
