Infrastructure Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a technically-minded Project Manager to join my client’s team, delivering Microsoft infrastructure projects. This is ideal for someone early to mid in their PM career who understands the tech, communicates well, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on when needed.

You’ll be managing and supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects across Microsoft environments. You won’t just be coordinating from a distance — we’re looking for someone who understands what’s going on under the hood and can get involved when needed.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Managing end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects
• Working closely with engineers and clients to keep projects on track
• Supporting deployments, migrations, and upgrades across environments
• Translating technical detail into clear updates for stakeholders
• Identifying risks, solving problems, and keeping things moving

What they’re looking for

• Experience working with a Microsoft Partner (essential)
• Solid understanding of Microsoft infrastructure, including:
  • Azure
  • Microsoft 365 / O365
  • General infrastructure concepts (AD, networking, servers, etc.)
• Some experience managing or coordinating technical projects
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in

Nice to have

• Formal PM experience or certifications (PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
• Experience with migrations or transformation projects
• Exposure to security or compliance projects
