Infrastructure Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft-based solutions across a range of client environments. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can combine high-level architecture with real-world implementation experience.

You’ll be responsible for shaping infrastructure solutions, guiding technical delivery, and acting as a key point of expertise across projects. This isn’t a purely theoretical role — we’re looking for someone who can design, validate, and support delivery when needed.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Designing end-to-end Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions
• Leading architecture across projects, from pre-sales through to delivery
• Working closely with engineers, project managers, and clients
• Providing technical leadership and best practice guidance
• Supporting complex migrations and transformation programmes
• Ensuring scalability, security, and performance across solutions

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with a Microsoft Partner (essential)
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies, including:
  • Azure
  • Microsoft 365 / O365
  • Windows Server / Active Directory
  • Networking and security fundamentals
• Proven experience in an Infrastructure Architect or senior engineering role
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, etc.)
• Experience with hybrid environments and large-scale migrations
• Exposure to security frameworks and compliance standards
