Dynamics Service Desk Analyst
Are you a Dynamics Service Desk Analyst looking to work for a fantastic Microsoft Partner alongside an elite team of certified D365 consultants? Would you like to work for a company that works with many well-known brands planning, customising, implementing and supporting bespoke D365 solutions? Well then this might be the role for you. While this is a home-based role, you’ll need to be on-site at their Kent-based offices once a week.
You’ll be part of the D365 Service Desk team which is tasked with meeting SLA’s while resolving cases. You’ll need to be an effective communicator in this role, have good problem-solving skills and at times develop solutions to meet customer needs. You’ll also need to upskill in all areas of the D365 platform.
Your day-to-day:
· Monitor Dynamics support queues proactively
· Maintain and develop client documentation to ensure all changes are recorded
· Respond to customers within assigned SLAs
· Provide stellar customer service
· Make sure Dynamics is kept updated with any changes in case status/attributes
· Make sure work carried out is of a support only nature/recorded as a change request
· Follow relevant escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution of cases
About you:
· You’ll have 2 years’ experience working in a customer facing environment
· Have a background in providing high levels of customer service in the IT industry
· Experience administering business applications
· Microsoft Office end use skills
· Have knowledge/exposure to D365 CE, including Customer Services, PSA, Field Service and Sales
· Have an excellent phone manner
· Strong multi-tasking abilities
· Be able to remain calm under pressure
