D365 CRM Solution Design Architect

As the Solution Design Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of D365 CRM solutions, collaborating with internal and offshore development teams. Your key responsibilities will include solution analysis, functional and technical design, and guiding the development of custom CRM solutions. You will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solution components while managing competing deadlines and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution analysis and design of D365 CRM components, ensuring the optimal solution for client needs.
- Collaborate with offshore developers to drive the successful delivery of CRM solutions, maintaining high standards of coding and solution quality.
- Prioritise and manage multiple workstreams, balancing ongoing support (BAU), bug fixes, and new feature developments.
- Translate business and functional requirements into high-quality CRM solutions that meet user needs.
- Actively contribute to Agile teams, focusing on continuous improvement, support, and implementation of new CRM capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and share knowledge within the team to foster growth and innovation.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM Online/365 solution design (functional and technical).
- Hands-on experience in D365 development and coding.
- Strong experience as a Solution Designer/Architect, leading designs and collaborating on requirements to deliver the best project outcomes.
- Extensive experience with Power Platform, advanced customisation, and integration of PCF controls and PowerApp CLI.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Typescript, React.js, Fluent UI, and custom controls.
- Expertise in UX & CSS, with experience in Visual Studio 2019 and VS Code.
- Ability to extend Dynamics CRM 365 using plugins, complex workflows, and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of systems integration, data migration, and management of business system utilities.
- Strong experience with Web APIs, Azure, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Familiarity with CRM deployments, CI/CD, and Agile working practices in DevOps (ADO).
- Insurance domain experience is highly desirable.
