D365 CE Principal Consultant

I’m working with a fantastic organisation that’s looking for a D365 CE Principal Consultant for their specialist business technologies and insight division. The company has over two decades of experience in digital success solutions and their consultants develop, design, manage and support business intelligence technologies for businesses within the UK and across the globe.

Your day-to-day:

·       End-to-end implementations

·       Interfacing and integrating with Dynamics products

·       Continuous interaction with clients, managing consultants, working alongside both offshore and onshore development teams

·       Some pre-sales activities focused around Dynamics CE functionality, Power Platform, and the wider Microsoft platform

·       Proposal development

·       Providing input in business development while leading and mentoring more junior staff

·       Taking ownership for the delivery of high-quality business/software solutions to clients

·       Ownership of gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completing gap/fit analysis for workstream

·       Identifying practice development activities and strong involvement in the creation and delivery of these to colleagues

·       Line managing other members of the team

·       Product roadmap awareness and the content of future releases of D365 CE

Your skills:

• Extensive experience in consulting
• Extensive hands-on D365 CE experience
• Able to organise, manage/lead meetings, workshops, requirements sessions
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Experience with Azure
• Experience in the entire project lifecycle
• Power Platform and Power BI experience desirable
• High standards of customer service
• A personable nature
• Acts as a role model for those aspiring to take on a similar role in the future
