D365 CE Functional Consultant

I’m working with a thriving business that’s looking for a D365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant to join their award-winning team. You’ll be joining a team that designs, develops, manages and supports business intelligence technologies for companies across the United Kingdom and internationally.

Your day-to-day:

·       Building strong, long lasting relationships with customers

·       Documenting customer requirements

·       Delivering training workshops

·       Building customer solutions within the Dynamics 365 framework

·       Supporting the Sales team in developing new D365 sales opportunities

·       Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements

Your skills & experience:

·       Experience as either a consultant or end-user of CRM

·       D365 CE/CRM experience

·       Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills

·       Understanding of/experience of delivering business change

·       Stakeholder management skills

·       Project management skills

·       Strong negotiation skills

·       Creative problem-solving skills

·       Planning and organisational skills

·       PowerApps and Flow understanding desirable
