D365 CE Functional Consultant

I’m working with a thriving Microsoft Gold Partner that’s looking for a D365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant to join their award-winning team. You’ll be working with SMB organisations to help them understand, design, and deliver innovative sales and service excellence solutions in order to drive their business forward.

This role is for you, if you’re looking to progress your career to the next stage and train to be a Lead Consultant. The company has an ethos of promoting from within, and they are very much committed to training and nurturing their employees. 

Your day-to-day:

·       Building strong, long lasting relationships with customers

·       Documenting customer requirements

·       Delivering training workshops

·       Building customer solutions within the Dynamics 365 framework

·       Supporting the Sales team in developing new D365 sales opportunities

·       Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements

Your skills & experience:

·       Experience as either a consultant or end-user of CRM

·       D365 CE/CRM experience

·       Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills

·       Understanding of/experience of delivering business change

·       Stakeholder management skills

·       Project management skills

·       Strong negotiation skills

·       Creative problem-solving skills

·       Planning and organisational skills

·       PowerApps and Flow understanding desirable
