D365 CE Development Manager

I’m working with a leading technology consultancy specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Their team is focused on delivering innovative and customized CRM solutions to help clients streamline their business processes and achieve their strategic objectives. With a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a talented D365 CE Development Manager to lead their development team and drive the successful delivery of CRM projects.


As the D365 CE Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing their development team in the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and oversee the successful delivery of CRM projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and testing.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency across projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE features, updates, and best practices.


Your skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Proven experience leading and managing development teams in the delivery of CRM projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are highly desirable.
