D365 CE Consultant
We’re currently working with a growing and well-established organisation looking to hire an experienced D365 CE Consultant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on end-to-end Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects in a client-facing, delivery-focused role.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering tailored business solutions across the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients to understand requirements and implement scalable, high-quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver business process automation solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform
- Lead and contribute across all stages of the project lifecycle:
- Solution architecture
- Design
- Configuration
- Development
- Deployment
- Ongoing support
- Ensure successful delivery of projects in line with scope, timelines, and budgets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Support go-live phases, including flexibility during critical project periods
- Identify opportunities to enhance solutions and add value for clients
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics-related issues when required
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Experience working with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI)
- Experience working for a MS Partner
- Proven ability to design, configure, customise, and develop solutions
- Experience with integrations and data migration
- Technical exposure to JavaScript, C#, plugins, and APIs
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing experience
- Experience working in a consulting or project delivery environment
- Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-200, MB-210, MB-240)
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft Dataverse
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices
- Understanding of security, governance, and compliance
- Experience with SQL, data modelling, or integrations
