D365 CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant

I’m working with a business that’s committed to delivering exceptional solutions to their clients and they’re looking for a D365 CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant to join them. As the successful consultant, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke solutions to their clients, from business analysis and design to implementation and support. You will play a key role in project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct business analysis to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions for clients.

·       Design and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including write-ups and planning sessions.

·       Configure and test solutions, providing detailed introductions to customers.

·       Manage installation and data migration processes.

·       Deliver structured and user-friendly training to clients.

·       Monitor and update solutions in line with service contracts.

·       Manage projects in line with agreed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource planning.

·       Identify and develop opportunities for new and existing customers, adding value to their businesses.

·       Provide support to the Helpdesk, troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

·       Support and mentor junior team members.

·       Perform other duties as required in line with business needs.

Your skills:

·       Significant experience in creating bespoke solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and PowerBI.

·       Proven experience in pre-sales, requirement gathering, and implementation of CRM solutions.

·       Proficiency in all areas of project management and delivery.

·       Ability to work on-site with clients, collaborating from design to ‘go-live’.

Desirable Skills:

·       A Computing/IT degree.

·       Experience providing digital success solutions to both large corporate and boutique customers.

·       Microsoft Biz Apps certifications.

·       Experience with Azure.
