They are looking for someone who has extensive experience with MS NAV/D365 BC to come join them and they offer a fantastic salary of up to £40,000 p.a

Your day-to-day:

·         Provide 1st to 3rd line support to D365 Business Central Projects

·         Communicate with clients via various channels

·         Respond to clients in a timely manner

·         Understanding client business and solutions

·         Managing clients through all phases

·         Create productive relationships with clients

Your skills/experience:

·         D365 Business Central application support experience 1st to 3rd Line

·         Understanding of licensing structure of suppliers

·         Understanding the purchase process of licenses

·         Training material creation

·         Pre-sales documentation creation

·         D365 BC Certification
