D365 BC/NAV Trainer

My client, one of the UK’s leading Microsoft Partner, is looking for a D365 BC/NAV Trainer to join their team. You’d be joining a well-established business, that not only works with some renowned brands spearheading exciting projects for them, but is also renowned for being a fantastic place to work.

Responsibilities:

·       The Training Lead will work with the end user Change Manager to do the following:

·       Prepare the training approach/plan

·       Create the training materials

·       Deliver training sessions

·       Evaluate training effectiveness and modify plans as needed

Key Skills & Experience:

·       Experience writing a Training Approach for NAV/BAC

·       Experience creating training materials for a NAV/BC system

·       Experience delivering training sessions to users for a major ERP system implementation

·       Good functional knowledge of ERP system (MS Dynamics 365)

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Hands on experience working on large ERP implementation project

·       Ideally experience leading a business change work-stream on a project
