Customer Delivery Executive

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading technology solutions provider looking for a Customer Delivery Executive to take ownership of end-to-end delivery across key client accounts.

 

This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on ensuring successful delivery of technology programmes and managed services across Microsoft Business Applications, Cloud & AI, Security, Networking, and Managed Services.

 

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, while building strong long-term client relationships.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning delivery across multiple customer accounts
  • Managing programmes, projects, and managed services
  • Leading delivery governance, risk management, and customer reviews
  • Coordinating cross-functional technical teams
  • Ensuring services meet SLAs, budgets, and commercial expectations
  • Supporting account growth, renewals, and customer retention

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing technology delivery within client environments
  • Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies including Dynamics, Business Central, Azure, and data platforms
  • Strong commercial awareness and delivery governance experience
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams across technical teams

 

Experience across cloud, infrastructure, managed services, or security environments is highly desirable.
