Customer Delivery Executive
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading technology solutions provider looking for a Customer Delivery Executive to take ownership of end-to-end delivery across key client accounts.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on ensuring successful delivery of technology programmes and managed services across Microsoft Business Applications, Cloud & AI, Security, Networking, and Managed Services.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, while building strong long-term client relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning delivery across multiple customer accounts
- Managing programmes, projects, and managed services
- Leading delivery governance, risk management, and customer reviews
- Coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Ensuring services meet SLAs, budgets, and commercial expectations
- Supporting account growth, renewals, and customer retention
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing technology delivery within client environments
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Dynamics, Business Central, Azure, and data platforms
- Strong commercial awareness and delivery governance experience
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across technical teams
Experience across cloud, infrastructure, managed services, or security environments is highly desirable.
