Your day-to-day:

·       Customer Facing Requirements Analysis

·       Change Request Functional Design, Development Support, System Testing and Customer Rollout

·       Customer Facing Workshops

·       Data Migration Training & Support

·       Mentoring/Knowledge Sharing with Junior Consultants

·       Customer UAT & Go-Live Support

·       Building/nurturing strong relationships with clients

Your skills & experience:

·       Proven track-record of working in the Construction Sector

·       Strong knowledge of the sector’s business processes and challenges

·       Fantastic written and verbal communication across all levels of customer engagement

·       Team Player with a can-do attitude

·       Good commercial acumen/understanding the balance between the need to deliver customer value and profitable customer engagement
