Business Systems Analyst

Are you a Business Systems Analyst looking for a new role? We’re working with a fantastic global organisation that’s looking for someone with your skill-set to come in and support the use and development of Business Systems.

If you’re looking for a role within a Transformational organisation where you’ll be faced with constant and rapid change, then this is the role for you.

Your day-to-day:

·         Supporting strategic roadmap for business systems including Navision, Salesforce, etc.

·         Implementing or managing 3rd party enhancements/changes for business systems

·         Acting as a point of contact and owner for relevant systems

·         Working with business and support teams to make sure data is accurate within support systems

·         Ensuring compliance to ISO27001, GDPR and companywide global policies

·         Ensuring dashboards and KPI’s are defined/monitored sufficiently to drive business value for systems

Your skills/experience:

·         Experience supporting enterprise business systems (driving user adoption and Salesforce)

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Experience supporting/managing tasks within large scale projects and engaging with key stakeholders

·         Salesforce, MS Dynamics- Navision/Business Central, Freshworks suite

·         Project & Change Management experience, execution and delivery

·         Growth, Client & Customer Satisfaction/Quality of Services provided

·         Employee engagement
