Business Application Support Analyst
I’m looking to speak with Business Application Support Analysts for a brand new role. You’d be joining a fantastic London based business that specialises in the fashion industry.
In this role you’ll be providing end-user support, monitoring system applications, responding to queries, and resolving and escalating issues. You’ll be working closely with contractors and external vendors in order to resolve any technical applications issues, while working within a team of ambitious experts.
Your day-to-day:
· Coordinating with business intelligence analysts to understand user requirements
· Analysing business systems to align the software solutions with business programs
· Developing detailed functional, data and technical requirements best practice processes and techniques
· Providing support with the installation and user sign-off
· Maintaining users’ permissions and configuration within ERP/LS Central and associated applications
· Analysing and defining specifications for enhancements in preparation for the technical team and PM to sign off and implement
· Travelling to retail sites to ensure technical implementation and roll outs are seamless
Your skills & experience:
· Experience in a similar role with a focus on providing technical client support within a MS Dynamics Business Central environment
· System implementation and integration experience
· Track record of delivery
· Experience working within a digital transformation/change environment
· Experience managing projects/stakeholders within multiple departments
· Diagnostic capabilities/solution focused approach
