Account Manager
I’m working with a leading IT managed service provider that been around for two decades and they’re looking for an Account Manager to join their team. You’d be joining a fast-paced environment with a supportive and friendly culture. The company creates bespoke solutions using Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platforms, and SharePoint.
Your day-to-day:
· Managing customer interactions and acting as a key focal point between the customer and delivery teams
· Gaining an understanding of each customers business model, future system requirements and current system developments
· Upselling and cross selling to existing customers
· Developing strategies and an action plan for each client to drive activity, customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
· Leading on the transition from Project Implementation to ongoing Managed Service
· Striving to achieve targets, suggesting new initiatives to enhance results
· Arranging and attending quarterly client meetings
· Working with marketing to make sure that sales collateral remains fresh
Your skills & experience:
· Experience engaging and developing client relationships
· Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
· Pro-active and curious
· Experience working within a professional services, SaaS, or tech consultancy environment
· Track record of building strong customer relationships
· Consultative approach towards understanding challenges, capturing requirements, and qualification of fit
· Excellent documentation skills
· Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
