1st Line Support Engineer
I’m looking to speak with 1st Line Engineers for a brand new position with one of my thriving clients. Your day-to-day:
· Attending client sites as and when required to fulfil requirements of prescheduled projects
· Performing duties that include ticket support on Helpdesk and hardware maintenance
· Thriving on obtaining new technical knowledge, actively engaging with more senior colleagues to expand your skillset
· Using the products and services to recognise new business opportunities
· Having a diligent approach that achieves a long term and cost-effective result
Your skills & experience
· Windows Server 2003-2019
· Windows Desktop XP-10
· Hosted Desktop and Cloud computing
· General user and e-mail administration
· Basic networking capabilities (DNS, DHCP, etc)
· VMWare/Hyper-V administration (desirable)
· Exposure to Ubiquiti/Cisco Wireless (desirable)
· MSP experience (desirable)
· VoIP experience, 3CX preferred (desirable)
