Talent Acquisition Manager

I am working with a thriving Manchester-based organisation that are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their fully remote and agile team. Voted one of Europe’s fastest growing companies by the Financial Times 2020, the company is going from strength-to-strength and they’re looking for someone who can join them on their journey to shape, develop and manage a recruitment strategy that ensure they have the best and most diverse talent to deliver against their ambitions.

 

As the successful candidate you will own the sourcing and recruitment process, creating new tools and techniques to attract the best talent. You’ll be working closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and as the subject matter expert you’ll be leading a range of recruitment projects such as employer branding, establishing a young talent programme and building proactive talent pools.

 

Your day-to-day:

·       Acting as talent subject matter expert, collaborating with colleagues across the business to support the company’s ambitious growth plans

·       Building and delivering end-to-end recruitment processes, drafting role profiles and job posts, defining how candidates are assessed, conducting interviews, driving creative offer generation, and screening CVs

·       Souring and building a proactive talent pipeline in line with future business needs

·       Owning and managing sourcing strategies across social channels, job boards, networking, events, LinkedIn, etc

·       Owning and driving the onboarding experience, delivering it throughout the first three months to ensure that the fast-growing workforce hits the ground running

·       Providing coaching and training to managers on recruitment best practice

 

Your skills & experience:

·       Extensive experience of talent acquisitions

·       Experience of executing a hiring strategy for a fast-paced, high growth business

·       Driven by a strong desire to do the right thing for the business and its people

·       Exceptional communication skills and the ability o engage senior candidates and hiring managers

·       Action oriented and credible

·       Able to work both strategically and tactically
