If successful you’ll be working a range of projects for well-known brands and companies on a national and international scale, supporting custom D365 CE solutions. As a Junior D365 CE Functional Consultant you’ll play a pivotal role in the full project lifecycle, getting stuck into requirement gathering, all the way through to support and training.

A day in the life:

·       Provide services to clients as needed including business analysis, customisation, testing, data migration, and training

·       Working with the Service Desk to hand over to BAU/complete projects

The skills & experience you’ll need:

·       Customising Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Services, PSA, Sales, and Field Service)

·       Writing requirements as user stories in DevOps

·       Documenting “as is” and “to be” business processes

·       Testing work & peer customisations

·       Supporting sprint planning sessions with clients

·       Supporting requirement gathering workshops with clients

·       Testing work & peer customisations

·       Delivering end-user training sessions

·       Preparing training material

·       Working with the delivery team to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time

·       Recording time spent/interactions with clients
