Graduate D365 CE Functional Consultant

Are you a grad with a degree in IT, Business, Economics or Maths? Have you ever considered a career as a D365 CE Functional Consultant? Well you’re in luck because we are working with a fantastic London based Microsoft Gold Partner that wants to welcome a Graduate Functional Consultant to their team.

The role will be home-based, but you will need to travel to Central London twice a week. If you’ve got a strong academic background and an interest in CRM then this role would be ideal for you. The company is offering you the chance to work alongside industry experts on a wide range of projects, as well as training and qualification courses that will set you on a well-thought out career path.

Your day-to-day:

·         Provide services to clients as needed including business analysis, customisation, testing, data migration, and training

·          Working with the Service Desk to hand over to BAU/complete projects

·         Customising Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Services, PSA, Sales, and Field Service)

·         Writing requirements as user stories in DevOps

·         Documenting “as is” and “to be” business processes

·         Testing work & peer customisations

·         Supporting sprint planning sessions with clients

·         Supporting requirement gathering workshops with clients

Your background/experience:

·         A degree in IT, Business, Economics, or Maths

·         Interest in CRM

·         D365 CE experience (desirable)

·         Fantastic communication skills

·         Ambitious

·         Analytical

·         Problem solving skills

·         Passionate about the IT sector
