D365 BC System Administrator

I’m working with a fantastic organisation that’s looking for a D365 BC System Administrator. This is a hybrid role, that’ll see you working at the London HQ, where you’ll be providing valuable support to the Finance users across the world and help the company unlock the full benefit of their MS D365 Business Central application.

 

With a share responsibility for Business Central case management you’ll be helping the company build a robust, world-class support network for their Finance user community worldwide. You’ll act as a subject matter expert for Business Central solutions at the configuration level as well as integrations with other systems.

 

Your day-to-day:

·       Answering internal users questions via various channels of communication

·       Triaging cases and directing requests for enhancement to the BC Change Management process

·       Configuring solutions on BC

·       Performing technical testing and detecting fixes

·       Testing and learning to ensure all enhancements are delivering improvements

·       Advising on solution design

·       Configuration, light development and an understanding of integrations within a complex and global environment

·       Building relationships with key stakeholders to instil confidence in the support program

 

Your skills & experience:

·       Experience working as MS Dynamics 365 Business Central System Administrator

·       MS Dynamics 365 BC certifications

·       Designing Jet Reports

·       Working with on-prem databases (private Azure Cloud) hosting D365 BC

·       Working with an agile delivery team

·       ETL scripts and database utilities

·       Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools such as Mulesoft
