Business Process Improvement Manager
We’re working with a fantastic manufacturing end-user client who is looking to welcome a Business Process Improvement Manager to their team. Based in the Northampton area, you’ll be working to realise process efficiency gains that come from NAV16/BC implementations.
The role would see you supporting the upgrade of NAV 16 to D365 BC14, while project managing any additional enhancements and add-on project in order to extend the scope of D365 BC and other related software. As a subject matter expert, you’ll also be providing 2nd and 3rd line BAU support to NAV16 users.
Your day-to-day:
· Tracking/reporting business process progress periodically to business leaders
· Making sure central NAV16/BC business processes are benchmarked within the company
· Act as first-line critique/filter as to whether requested system changes/enhancements are needed or not
· Providing support/leadership to business leadership teams
· Coordinating project development activities with suppliers
· Maintaining in-depth knowledge of NAV 16 functionality
· Ensure everything is fully documented
· Providing support to IT Support team
· Ensuring all functional change requirements are document, approved and authorised
Your skills/experience:
· In-depth knowledge/understanding of existing NAV16/BC solution and processes
· Quick Reports, Jet and Phocas reporting tools
· Project evaluation skills and value for money/payback/return on investment models
· Project management skills/qualifications (highly desirable)
· Understanding of systems linking to NAV16/BC
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Able to empathise/understand user requirements
· A team plater
· Able to translate business processes into technical solutions
